Joe Cherry is a senior technology operations advisor with over 20 years of experience supporting high-stakes public-sector and enterprise environments where reliability, security, and operational clarity are critical.

His advisory work spans technology operations, endpoint and device governance, identity and access controls, and modernization prioritization. He has led and advised large-scale initiatives supporting tens of thousands of users across globally distributed environments, with a focus on vendor oversight, audit readiness, and cost-to-risk trade-off analysis.

Joe is a retired U.S. Army Chief Warrant Officer Three (CW3) with deep experience advising senior leaders at the intersection of technology, operations, and mission execution. He holds a Master of Business and Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems Management, along with industry certifications including CompTIA Security+ and multiple Microsoft certifications across cloud, security, identity, and endpoint management.

A retired U.S. Army Lieutenant Colonel, John has led large, globally distributed organizations responsible for complex logistics, sustainment, and continuity operations across Europe, Africa, and the United States.

In the private sector, he has served as a Director of Supply Chain for large manufacturing operations, leading end-to-end improvements, stabilizing new facilities, and delivering significant cost reductions through disciplined operational design and risk management. His role at Cohort Six is advisory in nature and focused on leadership decision support.

Kent Person is a senior finance and data analytics professional with more than a decade of experience across pharmaceutical manufacturing, healthcare distribution, and global financial software implementations. He advises finance and business leaders on governance, audit readiness, and data-driven operational decision-making where accounting, enterprise systems, and analytics intersect.

His work spans controlling, audit, and large-scale financial systems initiatives, affecting hundreds of millions of dollars in assets and financial activity.

Kent has supported complex finance and operational environments across multiple organizational structures and business functions. He combines deep technical fluency in enterprise finance platforms and data tooling with a strong accounting foundation, supported by a Master’s of Business and Technology, BBA in Accounting, and BS in Biology, and BA in Romance Languages.
